COVID-19 Response Plan

The Three Rivers Festival Board of Directors and Staff are excited to welcome the Fort Wayne community back to the Three Rivers Festival for our 52nd year! While we are looking forward to seeing everyone in July and creating Great Memories, our main goal is to keep everyone safe and healthy. The safety of our guests, staff and community is our number one priority.  The Three Rivers Festival Board of Directors and Staff have spent an extensive amount of time preparing our policies regarding COVID-19, and we are confident in the plan we have developed. Job Opportunities

Producing the second largest festival in Indiana takes time and talented people to pull off each year. While the festival relies on the dedicated hard work of hundreds of volunteers each year, the festival does have four paid employees. From time to time, one of these positions open and the festival looks to fill the position with a energetic, hard working, organized, team oriented, self-starter who can add their talent, creativity, and experience to the TRF team. If you feel you fit the bill, please click the button below to view open positions.
