Ten years ago Admiral Andy joined the Three Rivers Team to help us promote the festival. He is now a fixture in Fort Wayne, attending special events, starring in Three Rivers Festival commercials and joining with his friends from the Komets, Mad Ants and Tin Caps. This year he added an activity book just for the kids. The activity book is filled with pages to color, puzzles to solve and other fun things to do.
